I attended the Fan Fest and would like to make some comments that might make this better in the future. First, thank you for having this. My two boys (ages 10 and 12) were very excited to get to go down to the field. Taking pictures with the trophies was nice. However, the autograph session was not handled well at all. Allowing anyone to bring multiple items from home to be signed is a bad idea. There is no way to move the line forward when people are getting multiple items signed. Second, we were one of the first people in the stadium coming from the players "tunnel". We got in line for autographs basically first thing when we came in. After waiting about 45 minutes and being next in line at the table, we were told that the players (the two that were left) had been there 45 minutes and that was it. We were not going to be able to get their autograph. Wow!!! Had I known this, we would not have wasted most of our time waiting so my sons get get an autograph. Maybe next year if you do this, you could cut the line off somewhere in the middle of the line and let the people that had not been waiting long know that the line would end there. Kudos to Cliff Mathews for hanging around and signing more autographs despite the multiple attempts by security to get him to leave. The security were extremely rude to myself and my 2 sons when we were told it was basically "too bad" that the players were leaving. Overall a nice event, but please enhance the autograph session next year. Thanks!!
