THIS WEEK IN GAMECOCK COUNTRY...
Women's Basketball is in the postseason and will host their first round game in the WNIT vs. Appalachian State this Wednesday at 7:00 PM. Tickets go on sale Tuesday morning and are $8 for adults and $5 for youth (17 & under), students, and faculty/staff. All seats are general admission.
Baseball and Softball both take on Georgia this week. Softball leads things off with a doubleheader vs. the Dawgs on Wednesday with games at 4:00 PM and 6:15 PM. Students in attendance will earn double student rewards points and youth softball players who wear their team uniform or t-shirt will receive admission for just $1. This will be the first SEC match-up for Baseball with games on Friday (7:00 PM, less than 100 bleacher seats available), Saturday (4:00 PM, standing room only available), and Sunday (1:30 PM, bleachers and standing room tickets available).
Women's Tennis and Men's Tennis both take on VCU this week at 2:00 PM at the Maxcy Gregg Tennis Center (Women on Wednesday, Men on Thursday). The men's team will then take on Mississippi State on Saturday at 1:00 PM. Equestrian will host their final meet on Saturday at 10:00 AM vs. New Mexico State before hosting next week's Southern Equestrian Championships. Admission is free to tennis and equestrian events.
