Junior left-hander Steven Neff struck out a career-high seven batters in four innings of work to earn his first win of the year as South Carolina defeated Furman 14-1
The fifth seed in the 2011 SEC Tournament is the highest for Women's Basketball since the 2002-03 team also drew the No. 5 slot. The Gamecocks will take on #12 seed Ole Miss Thursday night at 7:30 PM.
