The South Carolina National Champion baseball team will be recognized prior to kickoff of the first home football game featuring the Gamecocks and the Southern Miss Golden Eagles. The baseball team will be honored formally at halftime of the Arkansas game in order to allow for those still playing professionally a chance to return.

 

Also highlighting the football promotional schedule is a new location for Gamecock Village. The fan area will now be located in the Farmer's Market on Bluff Road directly across from Williams-Brice Stadium. Every game will feature live entertainment, interactive games, and inflatables for kids to enjoy.
