5) Positive moments from both the offense and the defense
"Today was more about fundamentals and I think it will be a good film for the most part. I thought both sides of the ball got something out of it which is sometimes very difficult to do in a spring game." - Ellis Johnson

4) Both units avoided the injury bug on Saturday and stayed healthy as they progress into summer workouts and eventually preseason camp in August.
3) Fans lined up early for their chance to purchase an authentic Gamecock football jersey. Over 300 jerseys from the last decade of Gamecock football were on sale for fans to buy. Here's a shot of the line when gates opened:
