Devan Downey has been invited to participate in the Portsmouth Invitational this week in Portsmouth, Va. The tournament is one of the oldest amateur tournaments in the U.S. and is the only postseason camp conducted for NCAA seniors. It is also the first of two NBA pre-draft camps.
Only 64 players are invited to the event usually attended by over 200 NBA representatives. The players are divided into eight teams of eight. The four-day tournament consists of 12 games. For more on the Portsmouth Invitational, click here.
