FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS REGARDING 2010 FOOTBALL SEATING
Q: What if I want the same seats I had last season?
A: If you do not wish to change your seat location, simply complete your ticket application and return it with your payment by May 14. You may disregard your selection time and the request form.
Q: Will I be able to choose my seat location?
A: Yes. You may choose to select your seats online or you may submit the request form that accompanies your ticket application. If you submit the request form, your online selection time will be cancelled and our staff will select seats for you based on the parameters you indicate.
Q: When will the map showing available seats be online?
A: The seating map will not be accessible until the week of May 17. We are not able to accurately show available seats until the ticket deadline has passed. However, an interactive stadium map showing views from all seating locations is currently available at www.YESdonation.org.
Q: When may I select new football seats?
A: Your selection time is indicated on your 2010 football ticket application. Selection times are assigned based on season ticket rank (giving level then points).
Q: I am busy at my selection time. May I select seats earlier?
A: No. Selection times are assigned based on season ticket rank (giving level then points), so you may not be moved earlier in the priority order. However, you may select seats at any point after your selection time. You may consider asking someone to select for you if you would like to select seats at your assigned time.
Q: Will I have to give up the seats I currently have before I can select new seats?
A: No. As long as you return your ticket application and payment by May 14, the seats you had for the 2009 season will remain on your account until your selection time. At that time you may release seats from your account and select new seats if you find a more desirable location. If you do not want to move to other available seats, your seats from the 2009 season will still be guaranteed to you.
Q: Do I have to pay for my season tickets before selecting new seats?
A: Yes. In order to accurately show available seats, all season ticket holders must submit full payment by May 14, 2010. Tickets will be dropped from unpaid accounts after this date.
Q: Why do I have two selection times on my ticket application?
A: If your 1st and 2nd priority allotments have not been filled, you will have two selection times so that you may add new seats if you would like to do so. New members and members who have not previously purchased football season tickets will also receive both a 1st and 2nd priority selection time. Donors with only one selection time will be able to change all of their seats at that time.
Q: How do I purchase new or additional season tickets?
A: If your 1st and 2nd priority allotments have not been filled, you will have the opportunity to add seats at your selection time(s). If both your 1st and 2nd priority limits have been reached, you may only purchase additional seats by upgrading to a higher Gamecock Club level.
Q: How do I select seats with a friend?
A: If you would like to select seats with other members, you will need to use the latest selection time in your group. If you are completing the request form, please indicate the name and member number of each individual in your group in the 'additional comments' section.
Q: May I change my seats more than once?
A: After you submit your selection you will not be able to go back in to your account and change your seats again. You may drop and select seats as many times as you choose until you confirm your selection and check out.
